What is the minimum order quantity?
There is no minimum for sample orders — you can order just 1 piece to check quality and fit. For bulk production runs, the minimum is typically 10–25 pieces depending on the product.
How long does production take?
Standard production is 12–18 business days after design approval. Rush orders (7–10 days) are available on request, subject to current production capacity.
Do you offer free design mockups?
Yes — every quote includes a free digital mockup created by our in-house design team. You can request unlimited revisions until the design is exactly right.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to 50+ countries worldwide including the USA, UK, UAE, Canada, Australia, and across Europe, Asia, and Africa — all with full tracking.
Can I send my own logo or design?
Absolutely. You can send logo files (AI, PDF, PNG, or JPG) and any design references. Our team will incorporate them into your custom mockup.
