At Fort Worth Sports, every order is manufactured specifically for each customer. Because our products are custom-made, please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Custom Products

All custom uniforms, apparel, teamwear, medical wear, and personalized products are made according to customer specifications. Therefore, custom products cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error made by Fort Worth Sports.

Order Approval

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all artwork, mockups, sizes, colors, names, numbers, and specifications before production begins.

Manufacturing Defects

If your order contains manufacturing defects or incorrect products supplied by Fort Worth Sports, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.

After verification, we may:

• Replace defective products
• Repair the products where applicable
• Issue a partial or full refund at our discretion

Non-Refundable Situations

• Incorrect size ordered by customer
• Change of mind
• Incorrect information approved by customer
• Normal color variations between screen and printed fabric
• Minor manufacturing tolerances

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before production begins. Once production has started, cancellation is generally not possible because materials and labor have already been allocated.

Shipping Damage

If your shipment arrives damaged, please notify both the shipping carrier and Fort Worth Sports immediately and provide photographs of the damaged packaging and products.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
